Add macOS-homebrew playbook checks for arm64 and intel.
Remove the mirror for cpanm installs now that the default is working.

Add macOS intel and amd64 to the playbook checks.
Fix [temporarily] broken cpanm mirror replacing it with the default now that the default is again working.
