feat: add set primary sns domain function for treasury wallet

note: primary domain and favorite domain are interchangeable terms

• here is the list of some of the major changes done in the codebase to achieve this functionality:
  -> updated @bonfida/spl-name-service package as it was needed to set primary domain instruction
  -> modified assembleWallets to fetch the primary domain
  -> add set primary domain button and modal
  -> display the primary domain instead of raw wallet address if available
