When a user deposits into a save reserve on behalf the dao, he first mints a ctoken and transfer it to the dao. The amount to transfer is estimated prior to creating the transactions. If a user has not interacted with the reserve for a while, this estimation will be off. To solve this, we simulate an interaction with the reserve to improve calculation amounts.
If the simulation fails, a 2% buffer is added to compensate as well.
