Adds the AnalysisTool and OperationsClock component.
The AnalysisTool is not fully useable until the upcoming open source release of the Zarr API
Updates updateTools.js to look for non-private Components in the src/essence/Components directory (private/plugin components will still override Components defined here if they share the exact same name)
