This was originally to add packages for the RNL/NEON workshop on Aug 15 (NASA-Openscapes/workshop-planning#155), as requested by @michele-ornl.
I've tweaked it to remove
neonutilitiessince that's a bit niche, but Michele is running a large workshop in September that needs these other packages, so I think it's worth adding them to the default image.It can be used in the hub currently by selecting "Other" in the Environment dropdown when launching the hub, and putting in
openscapes/python:ac3596fin the "Custom Image" field.This is also now working to create
conda-lock.ymlthen build an image on PRs.
