I'd like to request some code snippets be included, in addition to the correction of a few spelling mistakes.

Thank you for reviewing! I have made more fixes/changes. The only thing I haven't added is the use of renv as I haven't used it myself. Would you like to add a suggestion somewhere on how it can be used? I believe it is/can be tied to an Rproject (so installed packages are specific to the Rproj being used). Otherwise, I've emphasized installing packages such that there is no conflicts between Bioconductor releases.
