- Add cookie consent provider with implementation and usage run docs
- Refactor YouTubeVideo component to render according to user consent
- Add TrackingScripts component to render according to user consent and purpose of scripts
- Add unit tests for CookieConsentProvider and YouTubeVideo components
… for use in root layout within <head />, also add useConsentStore for synchronization between user consent and provider events with component-level states.
