Also, the file "speck3d.cpp" seems to be an auto-generated file. I don't think we want files of those types in the repo, right? |

Add a Cython (Python) interface to the C++ class library.
Also includes a script, errboundstats.py, for running experiments with the Cython interface.
This should be a draft PR that does not get merged, but the option to convert to Draft PR does not seem to be available :-(
