This PR improves the SEO of the homepage (index.js) by:

  • Adding an expanded list to cover ontology, AI, research, education, and interoperability.
  • Refining the for clearer search engine indexing.
  • Adding Open Graph tags (og:title, og:description, og:image, og:url, og:type) for rich link previews across social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.).

Why:
These enhancements help search engines better index NCOR content and improve how the site appears when shared on social media, ensuring consistent and professional previews.

Note: This PR currently contains two blocks with duplicate title, description, and keywords. For SEO and cleaner markup, these should be merged into a single block containing:
title
description
keywords
the Open Graph tags (og:title, og:description, og:image, etc.)
This won’t affect the build (no metadata is used), but merging into one will avoid duplication and keep SEO tags consistent.
