2025_SOE

Rmarkdown workflow adequately reproduces the 2025 SOEs.

• Figures are read in from image files as specified in utils/figure_captions_summary.csv (figure aesthetics may differ from the published 2025 SOEs)
• run_reports.R compiles a combined draft report and both regional reports
• Child docs are selectively knit for each region to create the customized report
• It is expected that the draft report pdf will be exported to Word and then to google docs for text edits
• The final report should be knit to pdf, and then 508'ed in Adobe
