There is a OAuth configuration issue causing token retrieval to fail which causes the smoke test to fail. Disabling on preprod until we have fixed the underlying issue.

Description
There is a OAuth configuration issue in the preprod environment causing token retrieval to fail which in turn causes the smoke test to fail.
