Now that we have a dashboard module available, this adds the properties for a notifications dashboard. This is based on JSON exported from dashboards created in the portal UI. NHSDigital/dtos-devops-templates#261

Description
Now that we have a dashboard module available, this adds the properties for a notifications dashboard.
This is based on JSON exported from dashboards created in the portal UI. They should all be the same if you find the dashboards
mvp-manbrspinvite-dev(NOTE: I have stripped out half the components from the one in the UI now as they won't be needed)more info about the dashboard templating here
