Description
Added ServiceLayer.Mesh/mesh-ingest functions to docker compose.
Fixed db context issue due to parallel use of non thread safe db context object.
Fixed issue related to not base64 encoding messages being sent to queues.
Added EnvironmentVariables helper object.
