Summary
Details
This adds a collapsible table to the page, which details the roles that the user has, but cannot use to access the CPT.
Note that this is closely related to @kris-szlapa work on AEA-4561, so we have synced our branches at a point we thought was sensible.
Also note that we do not currently have organisation names getting fetched from DoHS, so I have implemented a placeholder
NO ORG NAMEfor when that occurs.
