Summary
Minor fix required. Post merge Azure pipeline relies on creation of a release tag. The modified pipeline is one of the default APIM pipelines.
In future we may want to reconsider how we trigger, how we version and so on, but there are higher priority pieces of work for the pipelines. Just performing a minor fix here.
