• Routine Change

Changes:

• Rename COVID19 to COVID and update permissions to match.
• Add mappings for extra vacc types.
• Change all terms to the preferred synonym.
• Update OAS spec.
• Update most instances of COVID19 to COVID to reduce confusion, except where used in vaccine product names or references to the COVID19 VACCINE RESOLUTION SERVICEDESK.
