NIAD-3366: Update test example data to show schema attributes for consent table.

What

• Update build.gradle to use the latest FHIR DSTU3 package.
• Switch order of expected / actual in test assertion to match standard assertion ordering.
• Update integration test file primary-emergency-fhir-result.json to reflect changes in the updated FHIR package.
• Update documentation example file primary-emergency-fhir-result.json to reflect changes made to test file.

Why

A dependency update was required for package: ca.uhn.hapi.fhir:hapi-fhir-structures-dstu3.
This now produces schema information for consent resources which previously did not.
