This was used in the prototype but now unused. We may need to add some of this back in in future.

This code was used in the prototype but is now unused.
Note that there are some Jinja components and corresponding CSS still in the codebase that aren't used but are about to be used for the design of the first dashboard for monthly vaccination events.
