Got the wrong name for STS, also disabled some of the inputs so it's easier to repeatedly run for testing.
This should be added to the cached section once tested
Moved the file import steps to an option, in case a school already has enough patients.

New way of gathering and holding consent and vaccination details. The script use the offline export files and a 'mini server' on the runner to host the data, rather than relying on a cohort file. This means it is able to reuse any patients, consents or vaccinations in a school without having to keep on adding patients.
Also removed some files that are no longer relevant, leaving only the three sets of files. Confluence page to be updated with suitable instructions.
