This takes all consented patients from all sessions, not just the one in the run variable. This should work fine with the existing consent journey, but part 2 will then be consent journey update for multiple sessions.
Adjust defaults to make it easier to run the action. Fix an issue where parts of the test weren't run but were still looking at result artifact creation.

First part of changing the performance test to run across multiple sessions. Second part will be consent journey.
