[PRMP-1269] Upload EHR and attachments smoke test

Jira ticket: PRMP-1269

Description

Smoke test for successfully uploading EHR and a few attachments along with it. User should be able to view them afterwards.

Additionally created a cypress command that allows you to delete a whole prefix & all of its objects from S3.
