Data QC: Values which are lower than LOD in Olink

Dear Team,

I am wondering what's recommendation to handle values lower than LOD? set to NA, set to LOD or just as it is? or we have better approach to handle values which are lower than LOD?

Hello Shicheng,

Because of the olink output we receive, values below LOD are colored with the color 'FFF5AA9C' in the input excel file. That way, you can still see the value. But they will ultimately still be encoded as NA. We have not tested whether the script will run if the box is simply filled with NA.
