A large set of incremental improvements across the project, including path and configuration fixes, minor code cleanups, typo corrections, HTTPS support in region-mgr, and logging improvements. They introduce deployment automation, add dotenv usage and an NGEN simulation to the framework image, and apply updates to version pins for geospatial dependencies and Pydantic. The majority of the work significantly expands and refines documentation—updating schema and technical references, improving the API documentation pipeline, resolving merge conflicts, adding new pages and a table of contents, and generally polishing the docs and README to support automated builds and ReadTheDocs publishing.
