SCHOL-303

  • Removes unused dependencies.
  • Updates dependencies to resolve critical and high vulnerabilities.
  • Replaces request (deprecated) with node-fetch.
  • Upgrades react-pdf to latest version and copies pdfj.js worker to the static directory.
  • Temporarily skip PDF tests since they are testing on multi-resource manifests (Project MUSE is no longer distributing books as chapters).
