Diamond Shop Songs Fix

Fixes diamond shop songs just by adding them in the same way customs were, but copying the entry for Cancion Por Ferrer instead as that's one of the 4 that were unlocked with the old dll.

Update 11/19/2023 - Updated template to where the 4 diamond shop songs in the template are set to ProgressionReward category instead of EventReward, so now on a new save the songs should be unlocked automatically as soon as they're able to be
