- Extend 008 publication year check data range from 008/07-10 to 008/06-15
- support some 008/06 checks
- tolerate 'u' instead of a digit in year (008/07-10, maybe also 008/11-15 in future)
Handle sami languages etc
…/07-10. Support 'u' within years. Handle semantically empty values such as '||||'.
