This is an image tempdecal.wad converter written in Rust. Tempdecal.wad is a custom spray format for Sven Co-op, Counter-Strike (CS 1.6), Half-Life, etc.
The top level directory is for core library and an example. Application code is in the web directory
MIT-0 and public domain.
