This PR updates the dependencies of gocloak in go.mod and go.sum to address CVE's and keep the rest updated too.
I've made sure that updating the dependencies does not introduce any breaking changes into the codebase and also does not bump the minimal go version (currently set to v1.23.0)
this should be safe to merge without any hassle, so feel free to check it out!
