- Refactor main lua_resty_netacea.lua with improved code structure - Add new constants module (lua_resty_netacea_constants.lua) - Replace old cookies module with v3 implementation - Add new ingest module for data processing - Add protector client module - Add utility functions in netacea_utils.lua - Update docker-compose and rockspec configuration

The v3 cookie format includes encryption to secure the data transferred. To implement this feature a large refactor was needed to break up the request flow.
