Lookin at the UI, it looks like the tabs are outside any tile. Maybe we can simply remove this <cv-tile> (and consequently no-padding class)

Add a no-padding class to the cv-grid in Domain Configuration for better spacing and restructure the markup in the Domain Users and Groups component for improved layout.
