Currently, one has to transform a binned spike train to an analog signal in order to calculate the power spectral density of the spike train. This enhancement adds the ability to pass BinnedSpikeTrain objects to the power spectral methods directly. The correct normalization is applied such that the tail of power spectra is related to the average spike rate.
