Ok so uhhh first - you can mod even without source, but that will limit you to only custom charts (but tbh i dont see a big difference in modding)
But if you decide to use source tho you wanna download some libraries first im too lazy to write it, so... umm.. you know FNF, right? soo.. if you can compile FNF, you SHOULD be able to compile Rhythm Groove...
