keychron-udev-rules: add hidraw uaccess tag

Add a udev rule for hidraw for keychron launcher support. Otherwise the Keychron Launcher gets a permission denied error in the chrome/browser console when trying to connect to something like a Keychron M5.

• add a line to udev rules for hidraw*

  • aarch64-darwin
• Tested, as applicable:
  • NixOS tests in nixos/tests.

My mistake - forgot about that feature. Will give give this some more thorough testing a submit another PR if needed.

@Kruziikrel13 turns out this udev rule is fine. I will submit a PR to bump the version to semver format (1.0.0)
