Add multi-threaded scan, process icon improvements, and hex editor

Implemented multi-threaded memory scanning in core scanner for improved performance on large scans. Enhanced process icon extraction on Windows with more robust error handling and PNG base64 conversion. Updated the GUI to support progress overlays, sortable and paginated results, and added a hex editor panel for memory viewing and editing. Also added scan session save/load functionality and improved UI feedback throughout the scanning workflow.
