Same as ArduinoLib, but with some great PR and Issue Fixed

Added PR#43(fix epoch time by removing the user offset), PR#78 (Remove library.json) and PR#95(configurable Timeout - with one bug fix)

The PR#43 break the compatibility with getEpochTime(), so 4.0.0 instead of 3.3.0

Added Issues#123 : Violation of ToS (default update time need to be 30 min, not 1)
