NorESM/CESM docker containers

• Explain how to install docker on centos 7 (Virtual Machine created with IaaS UiO).
• Create docker containers for different configurations of NorESM (Norwegian Earth System Model) and CESM (Community Earth System Model).
• Test these docker containers on cloud computing resources (VM with 16 processors and 128 GB memory)
• Test these docker containers with sarus on Piz-daint
• Install Singularity on VM for testing (as singularity os now availble on UiO HPC abel).

NorESM/CESM docker containers
