assignments.jl is main file, does alot.
utils.jl contains all function definitions.
This is included in many of the other files where we want to calculate things.
plot_fractal.jl - plot the fractal
test_memory.jl - investigate memory usage when solving the system
inestigate_delta_N.jl - calculates fractal dimension
eigenvalues.jl - solves eigenvalues
eigenmodes.jl - solves eigenmodes
plot_eigenmode.py - plots eigenmodes
