Updated yarn.lock When developing frontend assets the gulp commands have changed gulp -> yarn run dev gulp watch -> yarn run watch-poll

Started up a Vagrant box from scratch and it runs the build correctly. The Laravel update doesn't appear to have broken any of the existing functionality.
