Improved JEI integration for machinery item input hatches

This PR improves the JEI integration for machinery item input hatches by:

• Providing the ability to drag and drop items into the machinery item input config slots, similarly to how similar AE devices work
• Providing the ability to transfer recipe inputs directly into the machinery item input config slots from JEI, for easy configuration of multiple slots at once
