Version 3.0.0 of the Service Dependency Graph panel.

Breaking Change

We've jumped to version 3.0.0 because the plugin's id has been changed since the previous version.

The plugin id is novatec-sdg-panel instead of novatec-service-dependency-graph-panel, now, due to plugin naming convetions required by the Grafana marketplace. This means that dashboards which are using the previous version have to be manually migrated to the new plugin id.
