When @ralfhandl and I wrote the schema test coverage script, we did some dirty hacks to hook into the
@hyperjump/json-schemaschema evaluation process. Recently, I added support forEvaluationPluginswhich allows users to hook into the evaluation process in a standard way. This PR updates the coverage script to use anEvaluationPlugininstead of the hack we used originally.
