It looks like the CI build is failing before it gets to the parts of the workflow that are affected by the change. Seems like something related to the base |

Creates a
.bashrcfile for sourcing the environmental variables. This is now used in theentrypoint.shscript to setup the environment, but produces the correct environment when restarting the Docker container (the container does not callentrypoint.shon restart).Closes #5
