WIP: Port MASTG-TEST-0049: Testing Anti-Debugging Detection (android)

This PR closes #3011

Description

Split the original anti-debugging test into two focused v2 tests (JDWP checks and native anti-debugging). Added an Android LLDB tool entry and updated debugging technique guidance to use LLDB with a GDB deprecation note. Added a debugger-checks semgrep rule and a new demo for MASTG-TEST-0046-1 with generated outputs. Deprecated the legacy v1 test and aligned related content with v2 rules and references.
