Markdown cleanup

There was a lot of inconsistent, non-spec, markdown made up by Tetsuo and hacked into our Markdown files so translation headers will not break. This gigantic PR fixes them for all the already published languages. Now all our translation Markdown files are spec clean markdown and don't have those weird ###$ and ##@ symbols which mean nothing to anyone.

Since we are using the open source PDF generator now, I have also cleaned up the original English Markdown files too so they no longer have the broken markdown and follow spec.

Key Changes:

  • List major changes and core updates
  • Keep each line under 80 characters
  • Focus on the "what" and "why"

Added:

  • New features/functionality
  • New files/configurations
  • New dependencies

Changed:

  • Updates to existing code
  • Configuration changes
  • Dependency updates

Removed:

  • Deleted files/code
  • Removed dependencies
  • Cleaned up configurations
