When doing ConfigMap/script style k8s deployments, the
kubectlwasn't set up so would use the fallback resource listWe now just make sure
kubectlis setup before we try and retrieve the api resources.Also updated the Autofac registration to be single instance (as we only have one lifetime scope for a Calamari run
