Description
Adds a GitHub action the marks PRs as stale after 7 days of inactivity and then automatically closes stale PRs after another 7 days of inactivity.
The
debug-onlyoption means that the action will only log the stale issues and PRs without actually marking or closing them. This is a dry run to test the action.
