A Qt GUI for libinput-gestures

It features:

1. Standard editing GUI for the config (choose gestures and map to commands).
2. libinput-gestures-setup controls.
3. Translation from Qt key names to xdotool key names so that you shouldn't figure out that 'Meta' should be called 'super' etc. And Qt keyboard shortcuts input.
4. qdbus support. Yeah, it's possible to choose from Kwin actions and map them to gestures.
5. Nice defaults for KDE Plasma
