PoC that experiments with removing CodeSandbox in favor of creating/pushing to GitHub directly (and potentially using their Codespaces product as in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qkkRss6x5ko). The auth/endpoint will need to be swapped out with a real OneGraph app.

The main question is around the GitHub permissions: is there a way to do this as a GitHub App? If so, can we still create repositories, or is that only available for GitHub OAuth integrations?

I like the GitHub integration, but I don't think we should remove the codesandbox button unless there's a way to get a running app with one click with GitHub.
