[projmgr] Remove placeholders trace and terminal from cbuild-run schema

Remove placeholders trace and terminal from cbuild-run schema to allow unrestricted use of such properties as debug adapter capabilities, as recently added in debug-adapter-registry #35.

Fix nightly build failure.
