This fixes PHPdoc of methods offsetGet, offsetUnset and offsetSet.
Offsets can be integers but they can also be strings.

PR checklist

  • Read the contribution guidelines.
  • Pull Request title clearly describes the work in the pull request and Pull Request description provides details about how to validate the work. Missing information here may result in delayed response from the community.
  • Run the following to build the project and update samples:
    ./mvnw clean package || exit
    ./bin/generate-samples.sh ./bin/configs/*.yaml || exit
    ./bin/utils/export_docs_generators.sh || exit

    (For Windows users, please run the script in WSL)
    Commit all changed files.
    This is important, as CI jobs will verify all generator outputs of your HEAD commit as it would merge with master.
    These must match the expectations made by your contribution.
    You may regenerate an individual generator by passing the relevant config(s) as an argument to the script, for example ./bin/generate-samples.sh bin/configs/java*.
    IMPORTANT: Do NOT purge/delete any folders/files (e.g. tests) when regenerating the samples as manually written tests may be removed.
  • File the PR against the correct branch: master (upcoming 7.x.0 minor release - breaking changes with fallbacks), 8.0.x (breaking changes without fallbacks)
  • If your PR is targeting a particular programming language, @mention the technical committee members, so they are more likely to review the pull request.

@jebentier Can you have a look at this MR?
As it's my first MR, they may be some things that are missing.

However, running these commands:

./mvnw clean package
./bin/generate-samples.sh ./bin/configs/*.yaml
./bin/utils/export_docs_generators.sh

Did not modify anything, I don't know if that's expected.

Hey @florentausha, I think this should produce changes to the generated output since they are part of the mustashe files. I don't currently have the project setup locally to test this out myself, but I do have a question as to this approach. Why are we loosening the type expectations for the offset methods? The value for offset should always be an integer as described before. If there is a string use-case that we're missing here, it would be good to have some test cases added to demonstrate the valid string case and ensure viability.

I agree, there should be changed files, maybe I missed something when running the commands 🤔

As to why I've modified the signatures of these functions, this is an example :

}

In this case, offsetExists('item') or offsetExists('quantity') is valid.
Is it intended that this case isn't supported?

It would be really handy to be able to dynamically fetch properties like that.
